This week for fitness I have enjoyed...
• Rockets and interceptors/ how you play... You play on either the courts or a grass area and mark out bases for two teams. One team on one end and a base on the other end with a container (ice cream container) and on the team container but a container of blocks there so the team can grab blocks and try to dodge the other team who are the taggers. There is also a container at te side line so the tagging team can put the blocks in if they get any. 2. How the tagging team get  blocks

Wigram airforce museum

WHAT: we had a visit at the Wigram Airforce Mueseum

SO WHAT: The most interesting part was.... Looking at all the different airplanes and their styles and looks because it was very interesting of what they were made of and what it looked like.

NOW WHAT: I still want to know.... Back then in the past how they technically flew in the way of wind and wings because they might have not had much fuel way back then.????

Swimming certificate

WHAT: We have been Learning in lane 1... To freestyle with a board an without. We also have been learning swim on a back in lots of different ways and also on front.

SO WHAT: I was most successful at freestyle with a board and getting the arm circles right.

Now what: I still want to.... Learn how to get up and down in the deep end.

Kauri cross country

Yesterday the Kauri team went to cross country at the Halswell Domain here is what I thought about Cross country

I am proud of... Coming 13th and completing the race and not giving up even though I wanted to give up I stack to it :))

WHAT: We have been learning... freestyle, backstroke, streamline, swimming with a board freestyle  (easy), and swimming on your back with a board.

SO WHAT: Swimming with a board, and freestyle because now I can swim FREESTYLE YAY!!!
